Not only will we spend our days in search of Africa’s most iconic wildlife guided by expert Safari guides, we will also enjoy the convivial company of Brian as he works alongside the camp’s cooks to prepare good, honest food deep in the heart of the African bush. You’ll never taste better bread than that made in a tin box in the ashes of the campfire!
Each evening Brian will exchange his safari clothes for his chef’s jacket and create a delicious meal with the aid of the camp’s cooks. Guests will be welcome to join in along with Brian and learn new techniques and trade ideas making for an exciting fusion of African and Western dining.
